What is Lassen Digital Media?

Lassen Digital Media has been the vision behind my wife (Leah Lassen) and I’s creative work for a number of years. It all started with our small wedding videography business Weddings by J & L. Weddings by J & L was born out of our passion for videography and photography and transformed into a love for capturing the best day of people's lives. Our first wedding we shot was in the summer of 2018, and while we barely knew what we were doing, we had a blast. Now five years later and we capture over 40 weddings a year and still love every second of it. So why start Lassen Digital Media?

The simple answer to this question is - Impact. Over the past 5 years of shooting weddings we’ve been able to see firsthand how important digital content is for marketing small businesses. The conversations we have had with other wedding vendors, venues, and even guests have fueled a passion for finding a way to deliver content to those that need it most. Our hope is that our approach to creating digital content is both accessible and enjoyable for any small business. Hiring large digital agencies is incredibly expensive and also may be intimidating. On the other hand for small business owners, creating your own digital content can be frustrating and time consuming. That’s where we believe in Lassen Digital Media being positioned in a sweet spot for small businesses and individuals looking to make a jump in the digital content they provide.
